Volume maxes on channel change or buffer change...

I'm running 7.1.9 but it was doing it on 7.1.8 as well. If I change channel, the show switches to another(buffer change), and if I go to menu and come back the volume maxes itself. It's completely annoying to get blasted out every time this happens.

I did some searches but didn't see anything come up. Is there a new setting I don't know about to tell SageTV to switch volume on these events?

Anyone have any ideas. I've tried changing codecs. It's driving my wife and I crazy. Thanks.
