HVR-2250 QAM Network Encoder Scan

Hey Guys, Since I recently bought 3 Colossus Cards I just moved my 2250 over to another computer and created 2 network QAM tuners from the 2250. I have it all set up correctly, but the scan doesnt work, it will just time out on the 1st channel. I can manually put in channels and watch them, but with the 2250's dual tuners the channels are a little screwy.

Can anyone help me get the scan to work correctly? On The main server.

Thanks!

Did you try rebooting the computer with the 2250 cards after installing them as with my 2250s i usally add the tuners to sage without scanning and then reboot and scan and that usally fixes the problem.

My only other suggestion would be sure to check your drivers as some folks said the newest drivers for the 2250 do not work well for QAM tuning last time I read about it.

Hopefully someone that uses the 2250 for QAM tuning can tell you what drivers they are using to get it to work as I use my 2250 for OTA tuning.

If you still have the driver cd that came with the 2250, you could try uninstall the driver you are using and install the older drivers and see if that fixes the problem.
