New FAQ entry for missing channels
Due to the frequently asked nature of the question regarding the Program Guide's 'missing' channels that aren't really missing, a new FAQ entry has been added:
Why are some of my channels missing from the Program Guide? I'm hoping that covers it. Any other recurring EPG related questions? - Andy

Remapping logical/physical channels seems to come up somewhat regularly. Honestly, I still get confused when I have to do it, but I figure it out.
