Channels missing from EPG

When setting up my HD-PVR I noticed there were 5 channels available on the STB that are not listed in the list of channels during source setup. I thought I could simply add the missing channels; however, when I went to the Zap2it website to view the EPG data for my provider I found that the channels were not present on the website. It seems that Zap2it isn't including info for those 5 channels. I plan to file a support request, but wanted to post here first to see if it was a known/common problem. If so is there a solution short of hoping Zap2it adds the channels to the EPG?

Yes, it happens. I've always submitted missing channels (once verified at zap2it.com like you have) here: http://sagetv.com/request.html

I skip the hardware stuff and just submit info related to EPG/channel listings.
