Can't get phoenix fully unloaded

On my placeshifter I'm having a prob getting phoenix STV fully unloaded. When I go to detailed settings and reload the Sagetv7.xml, the default STV will come up. But then when I close out placeshifter and start it again phoenix loads back up. I've also noticed when I do load SageTV7.xml from within phoenix to get back to the default UI, and go to the "Exit" option on the main menu there is a small option to reload back the custom STV phoenix. Thanks for the help guys

I can't explain why that would happen... but it seems as if the property the holds which stv to load isn't getting persisted correctly to you extender properties.

Something you can try... rename the phoenix stv to something else... then start the placeshifter. Since the phoenix stv will not be there then it will default to the core stv and it should remember that. Then you can rename the phoenix stv back to its original name if you want.

So looking at that thread which MeinMaui participated it explains exactly what's happening to me. When I select return to default STV. Then close Sage the default STV will open straight to the setup screen, and then if I exit to main menu, I will see an option "Return to custom STV: phoenix STV.3..." Pressing "Home" will also return me directly to the STV. This is with phoenix .309 I havent tried .310 yet with this...

And after re-reading.. I think i only experience this if I get back to the default STV, by way of going to Sage Setup or Plugins,etc.. not by "Load Default UI" So I think this all works as it should...

I take it back. Doing reload default ui doesn't all the time does what I mentioned above. Very weird. I haven't figured what sequence causes it to totally unload Phoenix.
