Channel in filename

Can the channel be added to the filename? I see "Include episode in file name" in Setup->Advanced->Customize, but not the channel.

not right now... but why do you want it in the filename? It is in the metadata embedded in the file

I'm writing an external app that needs this info. Seems like I'll have to find a C# lib that reads mpg metadata.

you can also use stuckless's remote apis to access sage (and all of its metadata goodness) via http or java to get information about the mediafile... of course this requires access to sage on the same network (ie only works when sage is up)
