Steam DVD\BlueRay?
If I have a DVD\BlueRay disk in my server, will it stream to a client?

Nope, you will need to rip it first.

You can add the drive as an import directory using a UNC share and Sage will pick it up after a library rescan then client can play it back. You would need to have AnyDVD-HD installed to take care of BD's. There is no need to rip it just to watch it once.
