Harmony One/Hauppauge PVR-250 Slow Response

Hey all, replaced my Harmony 880 with a Harmony One and now that I'm using a new device, I'd like to solve an old problem, slow response from Sage.

My remote is set-up as a Media Center remote and the IR receiver is the Hauppauge PVR-250. I notice the slow response mostly when scrolling up or down the vertical home menu. I often click the remote much faster than it can keep up and overshoot my goal. I have the remote's delay set to 0ms currently.

Has anyone had better luck improving the response time with Harmony Remotes via the PVR-250?

Go into the troubleshooting section of the Harmony remote software to speed up the response time.

I've set the response delay to 0ms. The response is still slow in my opinion. Is there additional settings?

I'm fairly certain the issue isn't with Sage. It is a problem (or behavior) of the Harmony One. I have both a Harmony One and my HDPVR remote programmed the same. My Harmony One is SLOW no matter what setting I change or how many hours I spend on the phone with Harmony Tech Support. The HDPVR remote is super quick. It's aggravating enough for me that I'm not even using my Harmony One right now My remotes are getting out of control though so I might just have to deal with the slow behavior of the Harmony One here pretty soon.
