Issue with Manually Entering a Channel

It appears my cable company is doing a promo, and has made HBO available to basic subscribers for free (30 days I guess). Anyway, I can get the channel on my HDHR tuner fine through the HDHR Quick TV software, but I cannot get Sage TV to find it (scanning) or tune to it by manually entering the details. The HDHR says it is on channel 88, program 27062. I've tried entering this into Sage as LOGICAL 88-27062 (not sure if logical matters) and PHYSICAL 88-0-27062. When I select PREVIEW THIS CHANNEL SageTV initializes and it goes to 100% on the signal strength, but never actually tunes to the channel. Just sits there saying LOADING PREVIEW, PLEASE WAIT. I've also tried just entering 88 into the physical channel. With the same results.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Bobby

Have you rescanned your cable channels thru the SiliconDust software setup for both tuners? Have you then gone into Sage and do a full channel rescan for both tuners? If you did the channel should show up.

Thanks for responding. I did a rescan of only one of the HDHR tuners before rescanning in Sage. I will try rescanning all this Monday.

Thanks!
