Update EPG listings for tommorow?
The zap2it listings have been updated with the teams for the NCAA basketball games, but I can't get them to show up in my EPG. I tried doing a forced EPG update but its only grabbing new stuff and not updating the existing stuff.

I have the same problem, but for most of my channels. About 80% of my EPG data shows "No Data" from about 7pm MDT Thursday to 7pm MDT Friday. A forced EPG update does not grab the data for that time period, just any future data. The Zap2it web site shows the data, but SageTV will not grab it for that time period.

I had that problem a few days ago after I installed 7.15 of sage - I noticed it on or about the 15th - A lot of my shows would say no data even when I would refresh the guide. It was like only some of the guide data was getting through.
Last night I finally removed all my tuners from sage by removing them and then I reset them up from scratch and the guide data is back to normal. I also changed my number of days to schedule recordings from 14 to 7 just in case as well too. Trallyus |

Changed EPG data from Zap2it should replace existing listings when the affected lineup does its update, assuming SageTV already has the changed data to send to you.
Missing EPG data can occur for a few reasons and its repair is covered in this FAQ. - Andy

Having issues as well - all of a sudden channels started showing "no data" tonight.. Going to troubleshoot some more - tried disable / enable a channel then done editing channel lineup - didn't help.. Restarted server, as well didn't help..

Missing EPG data for several standard channels for Monday and Tuesday. Oddly enough there is data for most of the same channels starting Wednesday night at 8:00 PM. Forced an update, no change. Missed several recordings Tuesday night because of this.
Looks like a provider problem to me. |

I was able to fix mine by doing the following.
1. remove all video sources setup/setup video sources 2. added all of my video sources. it kept all the channels I had in there, but I had to remove some of the ones I do not watch--so it might be easier to do on the pc and not from the extender. mouse control is just simpler. Problem solved. I do not know why it happened but I took 5 minutes and fixed it. Glitches happen, I guess. |

That was the only way I could fix mine as well . I also tried all the stuff in the FAQ, but removing all video sources and re-adding them fixed the problem like I suggested previously.
