channels missing from tv guide

I've updated my channel list which is imported using stephan's xml tool. When adding the tv source the channels are all listed.

When I go into the tv guide some are missing, I have checked the channel manager and they are not showing there. If I go back to the video source configuration for the tuner the missing channels are listed.

If I delete and rea-add the video source, the same happens.

Any ideas, completely stumped.

[Oddity]

The missing channels had the same ID as others. The reason for this is as follows, for example

BBC One HD was showing under the DVB-T2 channels in Sage, but the freesat channel was missing. Both had the same ID ( channel identifier ).

To resolve, I renamed the freesat channel ID and hey presto the channel is now showing. Repeated for all other missing channels and they are all back.
