Multiple-episode TV show Dvds

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post in.... I have the official released DVD discs of the tv show the big bang theory. I have all three seasons which is about 11 DVDs. I have ripped the discs to my server. What is the best way to store the metadata so that I know which year and episodes are contained in each DVD disk wiith BMT. Thanks.

Unfortunately, BMT doesn't handle multi-disc tv sets You can still use the web ui to do a lookup but you'll have to assign eash disc an episode. YOu can also manually edit the data using the web ui.

Can you assign each disc multiple episodes? Thus When browsing through the UI I would know what episodes are contained in each disc. Thanks for the help.

BTW this is a great addin and I use it frequently.

The other option is to use MakeMKV and rip out all the individual episodes, rename them with a SxxExx syntax and import the episodes like normal. BMT will pick them up then too. It's a bit manual having to do the naming yourself but if you pull up the TVDB info for the disc you can do them pretty quickly.

I read the list of known issues for this plugin and see the topic of my post is listed. Sorry I didn't read this before. What I ended up doing was renaming the title of the DVD to indicate what season and disk it represents. Example "The Big Bang Theory S1D1"
