Problem with Sage and USB-UIRT

My computer is a 3.2 ghz P4 running WinXP SP3. I just got my USB-UIRT and I'm trying to use it with Sage 6.62. I plugged in the USB-UIRT and used the New Hardware wizard to install the v1.4 drivers for the USB-UIRT. At the screen for choosing a Video Capture device I chose the device, a Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2. I then chose TV tuner at the Input Selection screen. Then I selected "Use External Cable or Satellite receiver to tune channel". Then the "Enter the RF Channel ..." box popped up and I typed in 3 and pressed Enter. Then I was taken back to the "Please select a tuning option..." screen with the various selections ; "Use tuner or capture card...", "Don't configure tuning", etc again. When I rolled the mouse pointer over the various options they all disappeared except for the "Don't configure tuning" option. I never got to the Tuning Plugin screen.

If I choose S-Video at the Input Selection screen instead of TV tuner and proceed as I outlined above I do get to the Tuning Plugin screen. Am I doing something wrong? Also, where do I put the uu_irsage.dll and uurename files? I eventually want to use Sage with multiple USB-UIRTs. But right now I'm trying to use just 1 USB-UIRT with Sage.
