Cleanup Sage Plugins after Rebuild
I rebuilt my server today from scratch, reinstalled Sage, and restored my Sage database and the properties file. Unfortuantely the properties file comtained all the info for plugins that were installed so now it thinks there are all these plugins that don't really exist and it won't let me remove them to re-add them.
Whats the easiest way to clean up this. I was thinking to wipe the sage.properties file and start over with a brand new config. It would not be a huge deal at this point but I wanted to ask if this was the best way to get a clean config again. Thanks |

Right. The only time you should restore a properties file is when you restore the entire installation directory to the same directory path. Otherwise you end up with an inconsistent state in which the properties files describes stuff that doesn't exist.
For new installs, configure a new properties file from scratch through the UI. You should be able to accomplish this by just deleting your existing properties file.
