How do I rebuild sage from scratch

You probably saw from my other post that I'm having a numbers of problems. I believe this all stems from a problem loading a beta a while back. But what I want to do is rebuild the OS and sage from scratch. The Os is no biggie, but I want to be able to import my current recordings. How can I do that. I saw an article a while back on it, but can't find. I'm just not sure of the best way to approach this. I would rather not use any files from my current sage build.

Any help would be great.

thanks

All you need to keep is the wiz.bin for your recordings and info, favorites, etc. After the reinstall and configuration and testing of the whole install, THEN drop the wiz bin back in. This way you should know if there could be any issue with your current wiz.bin
