Zap2It not current
Just wondering what to do when the cable company lists channels as being available but zap2it doesn't show them?
I have Time Warner Cable and I have about 15-20 channels that are available to me (I can get them using the cable box). However, when using the HD-PVR, those channels are not even listed as possible choices. Any ideas?

Try contacting SageTV, as described in this FAQ:
My Program Guide is listing incorrect info for some channels and/or shows. I am using the built-in data which comes from Zap2It. Is there some way to see about getting this fixed? If they are recent channel updates/changes, then give it a few more days first. - Andy
