Not getting new plugins

HI can anyone out there help me or put me in the right direction. I am told by slugger there is a new version of SJQV4 but my XML file is showing the old version so sage never knows there is a new one out there. when does it update the XML file? Once a night? And how can I force it to update?

Here is my issue from the xml file

That is the latest version (1325), but you're saying you have 1320 installed, but when you select it, it's not giving you the option to upgrade to 1325, right? That's the issue.

Correct, When I go either under system message nothing shows up except the message saying I must get the newer plugin. Then when I go to installed plugins it shows installed, no indicator there is even a newer version available as you said there is.

Slugger - Just for informational, I know you had me send you the XML file. But I just checked as a sanity check, under my installed Plugins it shows I am running 4.0.0.1326 for SJQ so why does it keep saying its marking it offline. And I wonder how they would be out of sync with the XML file. I didnt download or install anything outside of the plugin screen, Any ideas?

It may have failed to update the jar properly. Uninstall the agent plugin and then reinstall it.

Note: You will want to keep support questions for SJQ to the SJQ thread. I receive email notification of posts to that thread. I don't for new threads started by other people so it's a crap shoot as to whether or not I'll see these posts.
