Moving recordings from One V7 server to another

Given that Sage now embeds Metadata in the .TS or .MPEG file can I just point Sage at a hard drive from my old Sage7 server (or copy over the video files) and Sage will see the metadata and update the wiz.bin database?

I looked in the FAQ on this issue (http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...599#post265599) but it doesn't appear that it has been updated for Sage7.

If they are files from a AgeTV 7 installation the metadata is embedded. So the answer is yes.
