Suggested hdmi graphic card for hdcp HDTV?

Ok,
Time to ask again for suggested cards for HTPC.
Not for playing games. I do not want to over spend.
Fanless
HDMI with audio
Best low end?

HIS Silence 5570 @ $70: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161342

I don't do any modern gaming and this works perfectly for everything you mentioned, including bistreaming audio.

Although, if the Sapphire is enough for you, that's even less money.

Has 3 year warranty... any reason you show the MSI?

Thanks,

Andy

Because at the time, it was the cheapest H55 board that fit the bill I think.
