Challenge for the experts

Hello

I'm having troubles with BMT that's seams really hard to fix.
Sean (stuckless) have looked at the log files and dident really find the problem. (Thank you sean for all the time you took)

Symptoms:
I cant brows recordings. It's empty. I can find them if i search for them.
If i search for ex "ben 10" i will find the recorded tv show and then i can search for metadata on thetvdb.com. Metadata is found and i click on the result "ben 10" from thetvdb.com. And where the metadata should be everything is blank instead (see attachment). Now everything is gone including "ExternalId"

Stuff i tryed:
Removed all plugins and deleted all jars in the jars folder. Deleted the jetty folder. cleard the sage.propertys file from all entrys off BMT and phoenix. After that i made a repare to get back the jars that's needed to run sage.
Nothing off this worked, so it's time to consult the expert on the forum.

Are your share and import paths defined as UNC paths? The full \\servername\share path and not \\localsystem\share path or d:\shares\folder name.

it is unc path because i'm using comskip
patch = \\server1\recordings

Do you think that can be the problem ?

Only recorded tv is unc, videos music and photos are:
D:\shares\videos
D:\shares\music
D:\shares\photos

I have seen the same behavior. My theory is that it is related to a failure to download the information for a particular program. I usually see exceptions in my log when it occurs.

No. I wanted to make sure that it WAS using UNC. I think by default the install on WHS creates that paths as \\localsystem\sharename. I wanted to make sure it ws the correct UNC path. I have BMT running on my WHS with UNC paths and when I go to Recordings I see some of them. You have to click on the load more button to load all of the recordings. But you say you see none at all? Is BMT running on the SageTV WHS and not on another PC? You may want to uninstall BMT and reinstall to make sure all the components are installed.

No I dont see any recordings (see attachment). I will find them if i search.
There is over 1 Tb off recorded tv in the folder.
BMT is running localy on the WHS.

I have tryed changing the path whitout any result

Before :
Sagetv recordings = \\server1\recordings
Central Fanart Folder = \\server1\recordings

Now :
Sagetv recordings = D:\shares\Recordings
Central Fanart Folder = D:\shares\Fanart

Anyone else have something i can try ?
