Sage 7.0.22 completely broke Windows 7 x64 Playback

I upgraded and am no longer able to playback live TV, Divx, xvid videos. Haven't tried H264.

I had read someone saying EVR was broken so I also tried overlay and it doesn't work in any config. I"m using the Microsoft decoder. I will log a defect with the Sage team. previous beta worked for all videos for me.

I noticed I had a java error in my sage folder, I've included it i this post to see if that might be useful.
