Freezing when downgrading from "20100909 0" to "20090903"
I am trying to use a USB drive to downgrade from "20100909 0" to "20090903" and it downloads the firmware files, verifies them, and then goes in to the Erasing Flash part (first step I guess) and it freezes at Part 1/2 Erasing 9/28. I've left it for about an hour hour and I've never seen it take this long on previous firmware updates.
Any ideas what is going on? I've tried it twice now, previously getting the unit back up and working using the server recovery method.

I think the reason you aren't getting any help, is that these are forums and we can only help with things we have tried. Frankly, I can't figure out why you are downgrading as you stated no reason for, and heck you didn't even mention which Extender you are downgrading.....
Maybe you should actually contact support?!?!
