Recording Missing From Recorded Show List

I have a recording "No Ordinary Family - No Ordinary Marriage" That I can see in my Sage Recordings folder on my pc, but It does not show up in Sage under Recordings. The first episode, the pilot does show up. Is this a bug or did I miss something?

Does it show as a choice if you press "info" when you have the Pilot highlighted?

does it then show a listing with the Pilot and that episode available?

I think I have had an issue or two where one of 2 (or more) recordings weren't showing up when I intially went into the "recordings" screen. Only to show up after I played around with that show's other recording selection (if that makes any sense.)

No luck. It still won't show. And just in case anyone is wondering, I checked and I have no filter options selected.

Did you happen to change it from/to a favorite between episodes? You could try removing the favorite and see if they both then show up as manual recordings. If that fixes it, add the favorite back and you'll probably be good to go. (Note that I'm not sure if the existing 2--now manual--recordings will stay separate or get grouped back with the favorite.)

No luck either. I removed the favorite. I even restarted the sage service. It still won't show.

Additional info: I logged into the Sage Web Interface and it does not show there either.

Check your System Messages in Sage to see if there was a problem with that recording.

Also try playing the file in some other player to see if it's incomplete or damaged in some way. That could explain why Sage doesn't list it as a recording.

Ok, So here's what I had to do to get it to show up. I moved from one folder to another and then rescan for imported media files. And now it shows. Why would this work?
