Hauppage HVR-1500; no signal w/ SageTV. Ok with WinTV

I have a HVR-1500 tuner card that works ok with WinTV V7 & V6 as far as finding and viewing stations. With SageTV, all I get is "no signal". The blue LED on the card lights up, but that's it.

Running the latest drivers from Hauppage for the 1500,
V6.6 of SageTV,
XP Pro w/ sp3,
Previous WinTV software was removed before SageTV was installed.
I tried their MediaCenter Kit (per recommendation) for different (older) driver package for the 1500 with no success.

I see the 1500 is not listed in the hardware list, but the 1950 is (which I also have, but haven't tried yet).
Yes, the antenna cable is ok!

I will add, this is a stand alone install, only one PC, nothing fancy.

Doesn't appear to work. With either SageTV or WinTV. Both programs see the card, but all I get is a "no signal" on known good OTA channels. The blue LED lites on the card when the tuner is in use, but that's all. I haven't tried QAM yet.
This is running Sage TV V6.6 and WinTV7 v2.2 on XP Pro w/sp3 in a AMD platform.

Can anyone else confirm or deny this?
