Getting BMT to redownload fanart?

I recently noticed that BMT is scaling posters to a width of 200 and I'd prefer it start pulling down full quality images and scaling at the STV level. I found the setting to change in BMT but i'm not sure how to tell it to redownload all of my posters. Any advice?

I think you just delete them out of the cache location. (Don't ask me where-I'm at work.) :-)

BMT has always scaled the posters, but you can disable that by chaning the scale factor to -1.

To re-download, you'd need to delete the existing posters, and "images" fille in the posters directory. You'd then need to rescan your media, forcing it update exising metadata, since by default bmt will not do that.

There is no simple solution to this... ie... scan and just look for updated fanart... but maybe I should consider adding something like that.

Lately I've been having problems with jpg files only partially downloading (both banners and backgrounds). It would be really nice to have this feature to just force the fanart to try again.
