Hauppauge HVR-1600 stopped working - only in Sage

I have a Hauppauge HVR 1600 which I use to record local OTA broadcast and a HD-PVR to record satellite. Recently I noticed I was getting conflicts between shows that should be recording on these separate tuners. Digging into it, I discovered that the HVR-1600 was not working within Sage. I had a bunch of these errors in my log:

pri=3;type=1051;time=1284531220721;msg=Failed to load the video capture device Hauppauge WinTV 418 TS Capture. Please check to make sure the device is properly connected and the proper drivers are installed. You may need to restart the device or reboot your machine to correct the problem.;end=1284617604299;rep=24;VCaptureDevice=Hauppauge WinTV 418 TS Capture;

There were no errors in Device Manager, and I am using the latest drivers. I tried Hauppauge WinTV 7 and it ran those channels perfectly. I tried deleting the tuner and adding it back but it wouldn't add it. It let me select “Hauppauge WinTV 418 TS Capture”, then gave me the option “Digital TV Tuner”, but when I select that I get this error:

There was a Capture Error in playback. Details: ERROR (-4,0x80004005): There was a problem using the capture device. Please be sure you have the latest drivers installed for your capture device, and that they are installed correctly.

I also have a BTV license that I haven't used in a long time, so I thought I would test that. The tuner loads up and works fine there too. The klugey workaround would be to use BTV to record local TV and Sage to record satellite, or just switch back to BTV entirely, but I'd rather get this fixed. I tried reinstalling Sage (over the top, not a clean install), but it didn't help. The only other thing I can think is to uninstall and start over from scratch, but I'm not excited about reinstalling all my plug-ins and getting my settings back to where they are now. Before I do that I figured I'd see if anyone had an idea what is going on.

Thanks in advance.
