Problem playing back DVDs with latest extender beta firmware
The kids went crazy this weekend as their DVDs suddenly wouldn't work properly... and it was movie sleepover night! Anyway I've reproduced the issue and will log as a bug if nobody chimes in.
Ripped DVDs will play once without trouble however further attempts to play the same media result in no audio and very stuttered video. Extender on/off resolves - no need for hard power cycle or server restart etc. This only occurs on the extender with last week's firmware update; the other extender, without the update, works fine. Cheers

I have seen the same problem. In my case, I have to play a non-MPEG2 video (like h.264 recorded via a HD-PVR) in order to get the audio back on the DVDs. When the audio goes south, I hear some (1-3) chirps and then nothing.

saw the same thing last night..............power cycled the hd200 and all was well.
(also played some other nonDVD stuff to get audio back, but i'm not positive of the sequence) actually, i played the end of a dvd and that worked fine, then went to a 2nd one and that one plus all subsequent dvd failed to play. have you submitted a but report yet?

I believe a bug report is being filed.

Same problem here. Some of the DVD's play fine but if I can somehow trigger this then 3 chirps, no sound and jerky playback. Power cycle the extender and it starts working again.
