HD200: "303" = Invalid Workgroup Name
In my HD200's native (unconnected to a SageTV server) setup mode, I'm doing a Settings | Server | Windows File Server Workgroup | Name For Windows File Sharing | Other
The name of my home LAN workgroup is "303". A bunch of PC's are connected to it all day every day... no problem. But when I specify that name the HD200 throws "'303' is an invalid workgroup name". Can anybody elucidate? Is it saying that the HD200 can't find such a workgroup? Or is it saying that an all-numeric workgroup name is syntactically incorrect? Or something else?

Avoid using any special characters and all number in workgroup name
Workgroup names must contain some letters if going use number. |

Have I got it right? If so, since "303" is the name of an existing workgroup - that's working a-ok in an existing Windows LAN, wouldn't that be a bug in Sage? Maybe some holdover from the Linux world?

I have never heard of that being an issue for SMB on linux. I would suggest filing a bug report as it may be a STV issue. (Form validation)
btw - I never noticed what icon Apple uses to denote a Windows server/computer on the network. B
