DVB-S2 channel scan issue

Hi
I can tune HD and SD channels with symbol rate up to 28000, but I can't tune channels with a symbol rate of 30000 or higher. I can tune those channels in DVB Viewer with the same hardware on the same computer but not in SageTV
Any suggestions?
