Satellite Channel Scan Error: Can't do C-Band and Ku-Band Providers in the same scan

Hi,

I'm down in New Zealand. I absolutely love SageTV but am a new user and am still on a steep learning curve. I have a 3 dish setup, 2 being Ku-band lnbs, and one C-band. These are connected to my Hauppauge HVR-3000 PCI tuner via a 4-port DisEqC switch.

I have tried to scan all 3 of my satellite providers with the correct DisEqC and lnb settings (as per what works in WinTV and DVBViewer), but I can only get all the Ku-band channels or all the C-band Channels, but never both. When I first do a scan with all 3 providers selected, SageTV returns only Ku-band channels. If I deselect the Ku-band channels, and do an update channel scan, I still get no C-band channels. If I delete the DVB-s source and then add a new DVB-s source, and then select only the C-band provider, then I can tune in the C-band channels. If I go back and also select the Ku-band providers and do an update scan, I find no Ku-band channels.

It seems to me that SageTV is defaulting to the first LNB frequency it finds, in my case 11300Mhz, and then it does not use 5150Mhz, but if I scan C-band first it defaults to 5150Mhz and cannot subsequently tune anything on a 11300Mhz lnb.

All Ku band providers are input with:

LOF1 11300
LOF2 11300
LOFSW 11300

My C-Band provider is input with:

LOF1 5150
LOF2 5150
LOFSW 5150

As I mentioned earlier, everything tunes in perfectly with WinTV and DVBViewer, so this problem is exclusive to SageTV on my system (Windows XP SP3).

Does anybody else have this problem?

Many thanks,

Tim
