HDHomeRun and SageTV channel scan issue

I downloaded the trial for SageTV today and am running the configuration. I installed that latest HDHomeRun software and followed their setup instructions (set SageTV under Main Application). I am able to watch TV in QuickTV. The tuners are connected to an OTA antenna. When I added the tuners or try to preview a channel, I get the following:

There was a Capture Error in playback. Details:
ERROR (-4,0x80040154): There was an problem using
the capture device. Please be sure you have the latest
drivers installed for you capture device, and that they are installed correctly.

Any clue what could be the issue? From what I've read, there isn't anything out of the ordinary I need to do for OTA with the HDHomeRun. Did I miss something?

I did some research and see that this is due to no bda on Server 2008. I am running Server 2008 Standard x86. I search the forums and online. There doesn't seem to be a clear solution. I found an app that copies files from a VISTA system to copy to a Server 2008 system. Unfortunately, the only VISTA system I have is 64-bit. Will Media Services 2008 get me the files that I need?

I abandoned this and installed on a Windows 7 Pro system. All is configured and working.
