AVI Audio Sync Issues 7.0.12 HD200

I am getting audio sync issues with AVIs and MP4s although Sage recordings and DVD Rips (vobs) are fine.

I am running Sage 7.0.12 (as .13 and .14 hang every 2 minutes on live tv).

Is this a beta issue or a configuration issue?
