Error on HVR-1600= -2,0x8000405

This just started up with my setup. Using SageTV via service with 2 extenders. On the latest 7 beta. All of a sudden my two cards (HVR-1600), the digital tuners show an error when trying to record/watch TV - it will not tune in any channels.

The error i get is "there was a capture error in playback - error -2,0x8000405. There was a problem using a sagetv component. Reinstall sagetv application" I have reinstalled and also reinstalled the drivers on the card. Tried to rescan on the tuner, but it did not pick up any channels. I am on Windows 7, and it has been fine until this just started acting up. Not sure if Sage or Win7 issue.

Thanks for any help.

If this is for QAM, did you try using the DLL patch in the v7.0.12 sticky at the top of this forum?

Andy, it is QAM. Is it the Imageloader.dll? that seems to be for slideshow, nonetheless i replaced it, but still get the same error. MAybe i have the wrong one?

edit - i am now running off the server, not the extender. And it does not matter if i am viewing, it will throw up a capture error.

See this post in the v7.0.2 release notes topic. Save your old file & try that one.
