Is there any Cache or Backup Files that can be deleted?
I was wondering after time with loading media, movies and such is there any index queue of files that after time can slow down loading of current file list. Anything that needs to be deleted?

Not really, the data is stored in the wiz.bin, but I'v never seen any sort of bloat from it growing in size over time. I've been using the same wiz.bin for a number of years, and haven't had an problems.
