Refresh imported media
Could this menu item be moved to a sub-menu of Videos? It's not intuitive hiding under the setup menu where any casual user of Sage would never look.

well, to be honest, the casual user shouldn't need to refresh... but with that said, you can also refresh from the options menu in the videos library.
