Digitizing S-VHS to DVD - which tuner card is good for this?

I have loads of great video material on mostly S-VHS.

Which Hauppauge tuner cards can anyone recommend to do the best job digitizing material so that it can be archived to DVD?

I imagine there will be some mpg2 converting to do, unless anyone
has 'current' suggestions as to how to accomplish this in the most streamlined, quality-conscious method possible.

thanks
