Question coming from SageMC (6.6)

looking to take the plunge and move to V7 Sage.

I am running Sage 6.6 and SageMC 6.3.9a still,

I have 3 HD100s. before installing V7 on my WHS (I will copy the sage directory first) is there anything else I need to change or set prior to the upgrade?

do I need to change anything on each of the HD100s prior to upgrading?

it looks like V7 has most the features I would want so I will keep it stock for now

Thanks

As far as going to V7... Just go... The plugin system alone is the best thing as far as useability goes.

The under the hood 'stuff' will keep you around as well....

yes but will the HD100s automatically default for the new set-up? or do I need to clear their property files?

If you don't see the v7 UI on the HD100s, all you should need to do is change the STV to 'SageTV7.xml', found in the 'SageTV7' STV folder.
