Zap2It Comcast Listings - Sacramento

Comcast recently pushed out a new channel lineup in Sacramento (95835). All my HD local channels and many of my other HD channels are no longer showing up in my SageTV guide. They are also not showing up on Zap2It's web listings. I can only watch them directly through my Comcast cable box.

Does anyone know how long it generally takes for Zap2It to resolve issues like this? Do I have any other options for adding these channels manually to my SageTV lineup other than Zap2It?

You need to rescan the channels on each tuner and redo your lineup there first.

I don't think a channel scan will do it. I am in the same boat. Comcast moved about half the channels and will finish it Aug 3, but all the 900 listings disappeared. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

TIVO users are having the same issues. Read here

When Comcast moved channels around here a few months ago, it was about two weeks after when Sage reflected the changes.

I just checked mine (via Placeshifter) to see if it had been fixed and was delighted to see the 900 channels are back. Hopefully the listings are also correct (there was an issue with that a couple of nights ago).

Well now I've done it. I tried to figure out how to do a channel scan, and now I have lost all my channels above 98. Can someone fill me in on how to get them all back? I am using 2 HDPVRs and Sage 6.
