Sage Version 7
I am currently running SageTV v2 on an XP box.
I have purchased a new Win7 64 bit box and will installing SageTV on the new box. I have purchased an upgrade license and received the new license key. I was originally going to install v6 and then later upgrade to v7 at a later time but it was recommended to me that I go straight to v7 especially since I will be adding 2 HDPVRs on the new box. My question: Do I need to install v2 or v6 on the new box before upgrading to v7 or can I just do a clean install of v7 directly? Thanks. |

You can do a clean install of version 7. It will ask you for a couple license keys (the original, and then the upgrade key).

Great, thanks. That's all I needed to know (for now!)
