Embed Metadata in MP4

Is it possible for Sage to embed the metadata if it detects a change from mpg to mp4 etc... I tested encoding to mp4 and replacing... but the metadata is not embedded on the new file.

Metadata embedding is only done for MPEG2 transport or program stream files.
