Placeshifter for Mac displaying corrupt fonts

I am running SageTV MC 6.6.2.218 on XP and SageTV Placeshifter for Mac v6.6.1. I am getting garbled fonts for the main menu. I have uninstalled and re-installed Placeshifter and restarted. Any ideas?

From what I can tell, none of these versions are beta. They were all downloaded from the front facing SageTV download links.

If I am running a beta, which product is in beta?

I mis-read & thought both installations were on Macs. Since we are here, though, try the beta v6.6.2 Mac Placeshifter listed near the top of this forum.

Yes, the beta works very cleanly, thank you!!

if you are still having this problem, go into the .sagetv directory and delete the imagecache directory.

BTW On the main download page for SageTV the Mac versions are all 6.6.1 rather than the 6.6.2 versions that work properly. Perhaps somebody could update this so that people downloading a trial version won't get misleading impression of the software.

Yes, we've decided it has been long enough & have now moved the Mac v6.6.2 links to the release page.
