WABC and WCBS Missing From Channel Lineup

I have RCN cable in the Allentown, PA area. RCN provides us the New York broadcast stations unencrypted. The problem is that the RCN Allentown lineup doesn't allow us to map WABC and WCBS to the physical channel. It does allow us to map WNBC and WNYW. Go figure. WYBE is also missing.

I know there is a menu item for adding a channel to a lineup, but I have NEVER been able to get this to work. I'll look at the manual again, but I thought I'd post here as well.

EDIT: After reading the manual, I guess this is just a mistake with STV's guide provider, and I'm supposed to send an email to Sage telling them about this.
