Can't find WABC New York in channel setup

I am using C-Band satellite via TapeItAll system.

Recently satellite W3-19 switched from WKRN Nashville to WABC New York.

The easy thing would have been to go to Channel Setup and de-select WKRN and select WABC. However, there does not seem to be a WABC.

What does a person do about that? All recordings and schedules are now off by one hour.

edit: BTW, I am using C-Band USA for channel setup.

This was a recent channel change? It sounds like perhaps the EPG data for the provider has not been updated yet to reflect that change. (I wonder if Zap2It shows the change on their site.)

You could let Frey know about the error, see: this post for more info about contacting them regarding EPG problems.

Thanks Andy,

Zap2It does not show WABC, it does of course show WKRN. I sent them an email. I also sent an email to Frey as you suggested.

Hopefully this will work itself out in a couple of days. The change-over just happened a few days ago.
