HD Homerun Clear QAM

Hi
I think I have my HDHR working on my Charter clear QAM, but I wanted to double check something. I already had a HVR 2250 pulling analog and clear QAM, so I set up the HDHR per the instructions using no program guide data option. I did a scan and Sage found my channels, but instead of the QAM channel like 117-1-2 for a local broadcast, it only says channel 1. As far as I can tell, it is working, and the frq file shows 117 as the broadcast. Other channels though show 1-1007-117 and things like that.

The only real way I have found to test it is by occupying the 2250's tuners by recording stuff and then watching something else on the HDHR which shows up as tuner #3. I see the light on the front of the HDHR and network traffic so I think it works, but I don't want to miss anything.

Is it normal to see channel 1,2,3,4... instead of 117-1-1 and so on?

EDIT: Seems to tune OK and most channels matched up after setup, but I have 3 locals that are now duplicates. For example channel 780 (QAM on HDHR) and 3-1 (QAM on the 2250) are the same.
