Getting my Hauppauge IR remote working properly?
Hi there,
today downloaded the trial version of SageTV Media Center for Windows and need to be sure it's got all I need before purchasing. Looks great 'cept one thing. I have an old Hauppauge IR remote which with its accompanying IR blaster box works fine with Windows Media Center in changing the channels and such. But not with the way I've set up SageTV. Ultimately using the remote isn't even that important to me. It's simply being able to schedule recordings through the Program Guide. What could I be getting wrong. Mind you, I'm on Windows 7, 64bit and my remote has has 42 buttons as opposed to the 45 button version offered during setup. Thanks in advance for any suggestions/solutions.
