HD-PVR EPG not updating

I have had channels present in my cable box that are not present in SageTV for weeks (or months).
I have followed the procedure in the FAQ to update the EPG, but it doesn't make any difference.

In my log I see these line:
Wed 2/17 5:33:45.886 [EPG@1e8b957] sage.a0@596a7a needs an update in 2:56:14
Wed 2/17 5:33:45.887 [FSManager@174be7] FSManager is running...
Wed 2/17 5:33:45.887 [Carny@41e2aa] Carny waiting for awhile...
Wed 2/17 5:33:45.889 [EPG@1e8b957] sage.a0@1e001c8 needs an update in 16:38:12
Wed 2/17 5:33:45.889 [EPG@1e8b957] EPG needs an update in 176 minutes
Wed 2/17 5:33:45.889 [EPG@1e8b957] EPG's works is done. Waiting...
The EPG is from US/Candada, Time Warner Cable Digital, Extended. What can I do to add some channels to SageTV that are not being provided in the EPG updates?

Later on I see these lines in the log:

HD300 extender with (2020 New Build) SageTV 64 bit V9.2.2.903 (service mode), Running on Windows 10 (64 bit), Intel Core i7-10700K CPU, 16G RAM, GIGABYTE Z490 UD motherboard. NVidia GTX1650 Super; Viewsonic LCD on one output and Mitsubishi WD57734 HDTV via DVI/HDMI on other output. HDHomeRun HDHR5-4US tuner, Hauppauge "Siena" 1512 HD-PVR2 connected to Cisco Cable modem from Spectrum, tuned with USB-UIRT.

I just updated to HD with the HDPVR, and I can't get any of the channels to get data. Did you ever get yours working? I've tried all the entries in the FAQ.

Tunes and records just fine.

I have Time Warner Digital cable as well and with the HD-PVR.

Most channels are now showing "No Data" for me as well.

I can force an EPG update, and it's weird. Some channels get data, others do not.

I was having the exact same problem last night. I'm in Ottawa with Rogers as my provider. I had to edit the tuner setup and remove and re-add all of my channels. That seemed to fix it...

Thanks, that did it. I removed the HD-PVR, shutdown SageTV, and re-added the HD-PVR.

BTW, I just had this problem again wit 7.0.11 (? latest beta), and the web update fix it first try.
