Double Entries in Recorded TV
Good Morning!
I just noticed I'm getting double recorded entries in my recorded TV for some shows and can't figure out why. There is only one file (verified both in my recorded TV directory and when I view the detailed show's info they're the same filename), and I can play both entries fine, but why two entries? How do I get rid of them? It's like my wiz.bin needs to be cleaned up or something. Please help, this is really making me scratch my head! Thanks! - Cha

\\localhost\ the other says \\Rebel-HQ\ I had changed the recording directory from localhost to rebel-hq to help w/ a SJQ issue I was having. How do I delete one of those but keep the file? THanks!

For what it's worth, I tried the advanced_video_file_recovery trick and they're still there, probably because both localhost and the sever name (rebel-hq) are valid locations.
Any ideas on how to have only one show up?

Create a new directory.\\RebelHQ\New and move the recordings to there. Add that directory as a SageTV recording directory in Sage. Allow Sage to see all the files and old and new directories. Stir and bake for awhile. Now make sure to remove all SageTV recording directories BUT \\RebelHQ\New. Simmer for awhile. Add back in the \\Rebel-HQ\Original directory in Sage and now move the files back. When that is complete let SageTV see both the new and the empty old folders for awhile. Then remove the \\RebelHQ\New as a SageTV recording directory. I just recently did this to move my SageTV recordings from a SageTV folder to a Recorded TV folder on my WHS. (I did this while SageTV service was left running.)
