"No Data" entries in EPG
The Subject says it all... I've got a large Number of "No Data" entries in the EPG along with the other TV listings, I've done a search of this forum but haven't been able to find anything on it. Is there a way to fix this that doesn't include losing my Favorites or the recorded shows queue?
Thanks, -Steve Last edited by sfisher; 03-03-2004 at 01:23 AM. |

You should try to force an EPG update while connected to the internet. You can refer to the Sage TV listings not working? thead for instructions.

Have you tried removing/re-adding your source?

No, I removed wiz.bin which cleared the problem (the source info must be stored in the properties file as the set-up remained good) Unfortunately, I lost all my favorites, and recorded video queue. The recorded video has all ended up in the Video Libary so it's not so bad. I just hate having to re-enter all my favorites yet again, and start re-training it for my likes an dislikes.
I wonder if I make a backup of wiz.bin while its good. If the next time it corrupts (which it will) if I can just put the backup I made in place and everything would be good, or, is there stuff in there that will be out-of-sync from then on? Anyone know? -Steve |
