IR File - Bell 6131 using IR-200L

Hi:

I'm a new Sage TV user that is in the process of setting up my second HD PVR with a Bell 6131 receiver. I successfully got the first receiver working with the HD PVR built in blaster. I purchased a Actisys IR-200L in the hopes of using it with the second receiver. I've noticed in some forum posts a reference to an IR file that works with the Bell 6131 - Could someone send me a link to it (or post it)?
