Thanks to all I think I am going to go ahead and get the single tuner HD HomeRun ($80) from Amazon.

Thanks
The donator Comskip version works great to process h.264 TS files. The free Comskip version doesn't work at all for h.264 files.

ShowAnalyzer 1.0.57.580 works poorly or not at all for h.264 files, and it has registration problems. I still have a message that my ShowAnalyzer trial is expiring soon even though I donated and tried to register many times. The registration process is very flaky compared to any other software that needs to be registered. The ShowAnalyzer support for the registration problem is severely lacking.

The free ShowAnalyzer 0.97 version works great for processing mpeg2 files. All the file processing can be controlled with another free Dragon Global product called DirMon2, which also works great.

I recommend the dual tuner HDHomerun instead. It doesn't cost much more than the single tuner version.

If Sage supports it, and you have the slot for it, you can add it.
How are you handling channel changing on the 3 HD PVR's ?
